SubBot - Subscription Tracker

These Terms govern your use of SubBot. They cover the license, your subscription, iCloud sync, and the standard legal bits — written as plainly as we can.

Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SubBot mobile application and related services ("App") provided by Qimo Lab Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's standard End User License Agreement.

2. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your use of the App and for keeping your Apple ID secure.

3. Subscriptions

SubBot offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("SubBot Pro") on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription details:

  • Payment: Charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.
  • Managing or canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: All purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.
  • Price changes: We may change subscription prices. Any price change will take effect after notice and will not apply to the current billing period.

4. iCloud Sync

SubBot uses Apple's iCloud to sync your data across your devices. Sync depends on your iCloud account, network connection, and Apple's services. We do not store your data on our servers. You are responsible for maintaining your iCloud account and backups.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Use the App to violate any law or infringe any third party's rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or related services.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, design, code, and trademarks, is owned by Qimo Lab Inc and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

SubBot is a tool to help you track subscriptions. It is not a financial, accounting, or legal advisory service. You are responsible for verifying your own subscription information and charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qimo Lab Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Qimo Lab Inc is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Apple-Specific Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Qimo Lab Inc, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
