Overview
SubBot is a subscription management app that helps you track, categorize, and get reminders for your recurring subscriptions and bills. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how SubBot handles your data.
Data Collection
SubBot does not collect, store, or process any personal information on external servers. We do not use analytics tools, advertising networks, or third-party tracking SDKs.
Data Storage
All data you enter into SubBot, including subscription names, amounts, billing dates, categories, and preferences, is stored on your device by default. If you enable iCloud Sync (a Pro feature), your data is securely synced across your devices using Apple's CloudKit framework, stored in your private iCloud account, and is not accessible to Qimo Lab or any third party. SubBot does not send your data to Qimo Lab servers at any time. You can disable iCloud Sync in the app's settings at any time.
Exchange Rate Data
SubBot fetches currency exchange rates from ExchangeRate-API to support multi-currency features. These network requests do not include any of your subscription data, personal information, or device identifiers. Only standard HTTP request metadata, such as your IP address, is transmitted as part of normal internet communication. Qimo Lab does not control how the exchange rate provider handles standard request metadata; please refer to the provider's own privacy policy for details.
Notifications
SubBot may request permission to send local notifications to remind you about upcoming subscription renewals. These notifications are generated entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to external servers.
In-App Purchases
SubBot offers a one-time Pro upgrade through Apple's In-App Purchase system. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple. Qimo Lab does not receive or store your payment card or billing details.
Children's Privacy
SubBot is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because SubBot stores data on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud account, users can delete all app data by removing the app or disabling iCloud Sync.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
